Overview

I offer a full refund or exchange for 14 days after your purchase. The item must be mailed or in-transit within 30 days of requesting a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item must also arrive or be in-transit within 30 days of requesting a refund. 

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be an email from Paypal or the invoice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, (meaning that the returned item is undamaged), then your refund will be processed, and your money returned, within a week.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
